From Fiji to New Zealand to South Asia — everything authentic, all under one roof.
Whole Australian goat carcass, a lean protein popular in Caribbean, African, South Asian, and Pacific Island cuisines. Our goats are processed in our USDA certified facility. Ideal for traditional curries, stews, and roasts.
Quality Brunswick sardines packed in soybean oil. A protein-rich snack or meal addition. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, or eating straight from the can.
Fiery chili pickle made with bird's eye chilies and traditional spices. This intensely hot condiment is for serious heat seekers who want to add explosive flavor to their meals. A little goes a long way.
A lighter variation of the classic Murkoo made primarily with rice flour for an extra crispy texture. These delicate spiral-shaped snacks have a subtle flavor that makes them perfect for pairing with chutneys or enjoying on their own.
Larger format Punjas mustard oil for households that use this essential cooking oil regularly. The same pungent, flavorful oil used in traditional Indian-Fijian cooking, pickling, and frying.
A rich, traditional dark fruit cake packed with dried fruits and warm spices. The darker color comes from molasses and longer baking, creating deeper flavors. A holiday favorite and celebration staple in Australian and Pacific Island homes.

Our Story
Pacific Islands Groceries and More was born from a simple mission: to bring the authentic flavors, ingredients, and products of the Pacific Islands to our community in the Pacific Northwest. We source directly from Fiji, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Australia — so every ingredient tells a story.
As a woman-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly, and community-first business, we believe everyone deserves access to the foods that connect them to home.

“Lovely little store! Has all the essentials as well as extra goodies (snacks, drinks, even jewelery!) I didn't realize I had come in after close But Jay was kind enough to still take the time to answer my questions and give recommendations! I appreciate it so much! Can't wait to give everything a try and will be back soon I am sure”
